Staff Accountant

Born and raised in the Rio Grande Valley, Erica grew up around horses as her parents were horse trainers. She embarked on her career path knowing she wanted to start her own business. Together, Erica and her husband then began a food truck business that grew and transformed into a thriving restaurant in Mercedes, Texas, for more than a decade. Erica and her husband ultimately sold the business and made their way to Austin, where she now loves working in the accounting field.
