May 24, 2021 – An abandoned cave in Texas has been re-purposed to create a deceptively spacious private wine cellar. This private wine cave is a stealth destination along a secluded bend in the Blanco River in Texas, USA. An existing 19 ft tall and 70 ft deep cave that was not water tight provided the inspiration for the project. The architects responded by inserting a wooden module into the excavation, being sure not to physically interact with the cave wall.
