Leigh Mires

Director of People and Operations

Leigh is a highly accomplished coach, learning leader, and organizational development consultant with more than 20 years of experience in both public sector settings and privately-held companies. As Chief Learning Officer and Director of Organizational Development and Training at previous firms, Leigh developed and implemented talent development programs for a global organization of engineers, architects, and other professionals collaborating from 38 offices worldwide. At Clayton Korte, Leigh helps coordinate performance management systems, employee development and training programs, and visionary goals to help foster the firm’s successful growth.

Leigh holds a Master of Science degree in Educational Psychology and Human Development from Texas Tech University, a Professional in Human Resources certificate, and is an Associate Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation. Active in the non-profit community, Leigh has served on the board of the Austin Child Guidance Center and has performed volunteer work for The Care Communities, Settlement Home for Children, and The Other Ones Foundation.

A nature lover and avid hiker, she has hiked Machu Picchu in Peru and the 500-mile Camino de Santiago across Northern Spain.
