Nathan Quiring

Dedicated to contextual design and the thoughtful integration of architecture into both urban and natural environments, Nathan brings a practice-defining commitment to enhancing public spaces and strengthening the communities they serve. As a senior leader at Clayton Korte, he works closely with clients to build trust, align expectations, and protect the integrity of the design process at every turn. He brings calm authority and a deep understanding of what it takes to move demanding projects forward without compromising the standards that define Clayton Korte’s work.

Nathan also leads the firm’s business development efforts, ensuring that design quality and client relationships remain at the center of every engagement from first conversation through final delivery. His completed work includes San Gabriel Park in Georgetown, Texas, the Mack Dick Pavilion at Palo Duro Canyon State Park, and Kingsbury Commons at Pease Park in Austin.

Nathan is from the East Coast, where he practiced in New York and New Jersey after graduating from Virginia Tech. A musician and former museum docent, he is President of the Friends of Manda School, a non-profit working to restore and revitalize the last remaining two-room schoolhouse in Travis County, a former board member of Front Steps, an advocacy organization for the homeless, and the organist at Central Presbyterian Church.
