Constructed with natural, honest materials—limestone, concrete, and wood—the architecture expresses a vernacular, utilitarian language that reflects the warmth and simplicity of the region.
The design plays with contrast and texture: solid masonry walls provide a sense of permanence and shelter, while light wood cladding brings warmth and refinement to the pavilions. Expansive glass openings blur the boundary between indoors and out, allowing gathering spaces to flow effortlessly onto shaded porches and sunlit terraces, reinforcing the connection to the surrounding landscape.
The center is organized around a primary pavilion, flanked by an open-air porch on one side and a grand terrace leading to a naturally shaped resort-style pool on the other.
